Increase Traffic With Style
Increase traffic has to be the mantra of about every website owner on the planet. Every individual seems to be jockeying for top rankings in the search engines, especially on Google. Those who supposedly have the Holy Grail of traffic say to do this or do that, and you will increase traffic to your website by hundreds of percentages. There is a lot of misinformation out there about increasing traffic to your website and the SERP (Search Engine Results Pages) in general. Google couldn't care less what rumors are spread, and for some reason when things are heard umpteen times, folks start to believe it to be true.
If you really want to increase traffic, take some things with a grain of salt. Firstly, don't believe everything you read about Google. If you do believe everything, you may not be thinking for yourself. Even if you read something about backlinks that so many resources have "verified", still question it. And you you may have fallen for this nonsense: "Don't try to reinvent the wheel. Just keep building backlinks, and over time you will increase traffic and search engine rankings." Over time is too long for me to wait. Don't be afraid to buck the system and try out unconventional methods. Afraid of ending up in the sandbox? It is okay; there are particular methods to get out of the sandbox, and you can even not stop building backlinks while in the sandbox. It isn't unheard of to come straight out of the sandbox onto page one ;-).
You can increase traffic and rankings in a more efficient, faster, and effective way by having quality one-way links much more so than quantity. And do you understand that your links will serve you all the better when you have backlinks to your backlinks to your backlinks? I'm not stuttering, yes you build backlinks to your backlinks. Several levels deep.
Jumping on the bandwagon of increasing traffic, you will tinker and experiment and take a creative approach to it. You must think outside the box. I'm not going to tell you everything you need to do to increase traffic, because if I did, it would become common knowledge, everyone would do it, and it would become less effective. Contrary to popular belief, you must become an inventor of sorts to stay in the SEO field for the long haul. Always be learning, always be one step ahead and you will easily be able to increase traffic at will.
